I get an error message or the page times out when completing my booking

If the booking confirmation screen fails to load, or an error message is displayed after you have entered your payment card details please do not try again.

We recommend you contact us so we can see if the booking was completed as it may be that your browser window timed out before the confirmation was received. At busy periods it can sometimes take up to 3 minutes for the booking to be completed.
